Hello Blog... Distracted English Major Here...

Remember me? I'm the writer of this blog... you know, short, petite, red..wait blonde hair, blue eyes, stunning smile... (kidding). 

So, in the past two weeks:

• I interviewed for Shift Supervisor at the new Starbucks opening in the Cedarvale Mall by my apartments 
• I got the job
• I have begun training for the job
• Had an interview elsewhere
• Interview went really well
• Reunited with a friend from Elementary School
• Reunited with my closest friends from High School
• Began training

Preparing for interviews was what has been keeping me busy. I've also resumed my summer readings. I am ignoring Ender's Game and might try to continue with it some other time, but I'm starting the Harry Potter Series. I skipped over those in high school/ middle school when everyone was infatuated with the wizarding world of Hogwartz. 

What else is new? Woodburning! 

I have begun wood burning.  So far, I've had a lot of fun with it. 

Anyways, life is good. Can't wait to update more about the visits with my friends!
