Mindless Mindful Musings of a Lit Geek: Photo Recap of the Last 2 Weeks... Because Why Not?

SO... a few things you'll see in these photos (embarrassing fact.. the first 3 attempts at spelling photos included the letter e)
1. The water damage in the ceiling outside of my door... apparently when the old building management replaced the leaky pipes they used residential piping instead of commercial.. so they are rotting and leaking again. I'll post the size of the hole tomorrow. It has grown significantly.
2. An extremely photogenic otter. There's not much else to say other than... isn't he awesome? And, I have been to the zoo 6 times in the past 3 weeks. Don't judge me.
3. A snake. My friend and I found it on our hike today. My friend G-man said to me, "WOAH. That was a HUGE worm" so naturally being a worm enthusiast, I turned around to see this massive worm. I may have laughed out loud at him when I saw that there were two tiny red snakes on the path and not a worm.
4. A Llama. Really, the picture more has to do with the fact that I stumbled into a parade on Saturday. My mom and dad and I all went to Grumpy Steves (my favorite spot for breakfast) and half way through our waffles we saw the parade! I'm not sure what llamas have to do with Cinco de Mayo, but I thought it was kinda awesome. I like llamas.
5. There are a couple photos of Devo. In case it wasn't known. I have a cat named Devo. She likes to freak me out by sitting on the counter while I go to the bathroom and stare at me. It's quite uncomfortable. You might ask why she's in the bathroom with me... and well, to be completely honest.. she charges through the door every time I go in because her food is in there. And.. so this happens. Sometimes, she leans forward and shoves her nose in my ear. It's creepy and endearing all at once.
6. One last photo from the zoo. Those are geese. It's not weird at all.
